- When does the lessor’s DLP ends and date to handover back?
- Which version of the Design brief did the lessor follow?
- Which version of the BCA did the lessor follow, 2016 or 2019
- We will require the complete O&M and As-built drawings, for example clause #3.3.58 stated that laminated drawings will need to be provided within 4 weeks of Practical Completion. Please refer to Detailed Requirements for more details.
5. The O&M must include pdf drawings and its source file (Autocad and/or Revit), testing, commissioning records. The BMS functional Design Specifications must include the below
• System architecture drawings
• Controls Point lists
• Controls Wiring diagrams
• Controls Commissioning sheet
• Admin credentials
• Disaster backups
6. We will need to verify among the many items such as the below
• Lighting scheduling
• Plant equipment alarm settings
• Temperature setpoint
• Sensor fault notification settings
• Chiller operation strategies
• UI time clock (WST)
• UI alarms & enunciation
• UI schedule access
• UI audit trails to log user activities
• System architecture drawings
• Controls Point lists
• Controls Wiring diagrams
• Controls Commissioning sheet
• Admin credentials
• Disaster backups
